Spring Mill Bread Co. is a retail bakery that bakes daily, from scratch, delicious breads and sweets using only the freshest, all natural ingredients. Our whole wheat breads are certainly a specialty, as they are baked with our freshly-milled whole wheat flour. Our baking process actually starts in the high elevations of Montana where our wheat is grown under organic growing conditions. In addition to breads, we bake all-natural sweets including cookies, muffins, brownies, cupcakes and cinnamon rolls.
