We always use all natural ingredients

Never any artificial ingredients, preservatives, or chemical additives

Bake with a sense of purpose, handcrafting and shaping every loaf, onsite right in our bakeries.

Below you can see what goes into our staple loaves, in their approximate proportions. This isn’t just what we want you to see, this is everything that goes into the loaf. No more and no less. Most of our loaves stop at around six ingredients, creating a naturally simple product without any additives.
