It was very good. one of the best scones I've ever had its very buttery and warm and the blueberries are very bright and sweet.(I had the blueberry scone but the option isn't opening up for me)

You are on the Beltway in heavy traffic inching towards the Colesville exit with just one thought. I need to get to the Spring Mill Bread Co before they close at 6:00. Why? The moist chocolate brownie that will be sure to distract anyone from a long workday, over-scheduled week, or a pre-holiday to do list. This brownie has a glossy, crackly top that breaks into a dense, fudgy center with just a hint of a chewy edge. Its deep chocolate flavor is rich but balanced, melting smoothly on the tongue without ever being too sweet. It never disappoints.
Rustic White Sourdough review by Andrew
If you go around 10AM on Saturdays, its coming right out of the oven, and they give it to you in a paper bag. Perfect for breakfast sandwiches. Big fan.
Cinnamon Swirl review by Annie
My absolute favorite breakfast pastry is the cinnamon swirl, and the one at Spring Mill is my top choice in the area. The balance of the swirl between sweet (icing), savory (the dough), and flavorful (the cinnamon sugar) is incredible.
Challah
The challah was soft and delicious! Highly recommend!
The Chick
The chicken salad had way too much red onion mixed in! It overwhelmed the chicken. Would not order again…

Big Fat Greek Chicken Sandwich
This is my favorite sandwich in the area. I often have cravings for this sandwich. There are so many great flavors going on in this sandwich that is just keeps giving from the chicken to the taziki sauce to the banana peppers to the bread which adds just a touch of sweetness to the mostly savory sandwich, its perfection!
Polish Apple Slices review by Annie
The polish apple slice is one of my favorite dessert items at Spring Mill. It is mostly cooked apples in the middle, which are delicious, but the pastry on the top and bottom are so flaky and buttery that with the sweet icing, it's the perfect amount of tart, sweet, savory, rich and light. Couldn't recommend enough!
Bacon, Egg and Cheese review by Yusef
The Cheddar Scallion Biscuit has an outstanding moist texture w/ a light crisp outer bite. It is perfect for my breakfast sandwich!
