Our Mission

Spring Mill has been a family run business since Steve and Katherine Rurka opened the doors in 1993.  Over 30 years later, we are proud to still be an independent woman owned business. 


Over the 32 years we have been in business, our core and main goal has never changed. We strive to provide delicious food, superior customer service and a warm and inviting environment for the community using the simplest and best ingredients possible. Our greatest joy is providing delectable breads, sweets, treats and eats straight from our ovens to the customer.

Our goal of serving our community has never wavered. We source supplies from small local businesses as much as possible. Our leftover fresh bread is donated to several local food banks, churches and shelters to help those in need. Supporting our local community is not just our mission, but it is our way of life. 

Our wonderful team of bakers has been with us for almost as long as we have been open and are part of our family. With this dedicated, loyal and trusted baking family, we all work tirelessly to please our friends and future friends far and near. We can't wait to see you soon!
